Our Policies

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Full payment is required to confirm orders. Orders not paid for within the specified timeframe might be delayed.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer or card payment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Delivery & Collection

  • We offer delivery and also allow for local collection.
  • Delivery times are scheduled and communicated in advance. Delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

4. Food Allergies & Preferences

  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from all allergens.

5. Bulk & Event Orders

  • For large or event catering, at least 7–14 days notice is required.
  • A deposit is required to secure your event date, with full payment due 7 days before the event.

6. Customer Satisfaction

  • We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

7. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

  • We offer delivery within 24hrs and local collection options.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled via third-party couriers.
  • Alexiskattys Kitchen will not be held responsible for missed deliveries.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as couriers will not leave boxes unattended.
